Bidders must have completed at least three assignments of similar nature in the last three years and demonstrate a minimum turnover of PKR 30 hundred thousands in the same period. Financial capacity and registration with relevant authorities are mandatory. Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee (3% of the bid amount) is required.
