Construction of Underground External Electrification Works (MV/LV) with Street Light System in Sector-Y (Karbath) Phase-VII DHA Lahore

Defence Housing Authority Lahore is inviting bids for the construction of underground external electrification works (MV/LV) along with street light system for the newly created and re-planned area in Sector-Y (Karbath) of Phase-VII DHA Lahore. This project has a completion timeline of 8 months and an estimated cost of **PKR 590 Million**. Items being procured: - Underground External Electrification Works (MV/LV) - Street Light System The scope of work includes HT & LT material and allied electrical works along with civil works necessary for the project. The site is located in Sector-Y (Karbath), Phase-VII DHA Lahore, requiring specialized electrical and civil construction expertise. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with DHA Lahore in the electrical category, holding a valid PEC license for the year 2025/2026 in category C2 or above with specialization codes EE-04 and EE-05. Firms must also provide proof of similar work execution in the last three years, along with NTN, active taxpayer proof, no litigation certificate, and bank account maintenance certificate. Bidding documents can be obtained from 13 July 2026 to 22 July 2026 upon payment of **PKR 10,000** non-refundable fee. The bid security of 2% of the quoted amount must be submitted in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in favor of Defence Housing Authority Lahore. Sealed bids must be delivered to the 3rd Floor Conference Room, Main Office Complex Sector-A, Phase-VI DHA Lahore by 27 July 2026 at 1100 hours. Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders’ authorized representatives. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the same venue on the date and time specified in the tender documents. All applicable taxes and duties must be included in the bid. In case of abnormally low rates, additional performance security may be demanded. DHA Lahore reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
