Tender Description
Pakistan Railways Sukkur invites bids for the up gradation of Class-III (Unmanned) Level Crossing No. 48 located at Kilometer No. 279/10-11 between Bakrani and Larkana stations on the Dadu-Habibkot section. This tender is open to eligible firms or persons registered with Sale Tax and Income Tax authorities and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). The bidding process will follow the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules under a single stage one envelope bidding system.

- Up gradation works for Class-III (Unmanned) Level Crossing No. 48 at KM No. 279/10-11
The technical scope includes all necessary civil and signaling works required for the safe and efficient up gradation of the specified level crossing. The site is situated between Bakrani and Larkana stations on the Dadu-Habibkot railway section. Tender documents can be downloaded from the e-procurement system EPACS (eprocure.gov.pk).
Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with relevant tax authorities and to provide an original bid security amounting to Rs. 0.495 Million in the form of a pay order or call deposit receipt (CDR) drawn in favor of DAO, Pakistan Railways Sukkur. Scanned copies of the bid security must also be submitted along with the bid on EPACS.
Key dates include the submission deadline on 31st August 2026 by 11:00 hours for the hard copy and 11:30 hours for the online bids. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The submission address is the Divisional Superintendent Office, Pakistan Railways Sukkur.
