Tender Description
Pakistan Railways Divisional Office Rawalpindi invites bids for the up-gradation of Passenger Platform No.1, provision of toilets, and repair to the road surface towards Jhelum Railway Station on the Lalamusa-Rawalpindi Section. This tender is issued by the Divisional Superintendent Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi and is open to contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-5 and above with relevant specialization for civil and electrical works. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR.

The technical scope includes civil and electrical works as per Pakistan Railway Composite Schedule of Rates 2016 (Rawalpindi Division) and on Through Rates basis. Bidders must submit e-bids in accordance with e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 single stage two envelope basis as per PPRA rules. The bid security required is Rs.823,035/- and the completion period is 3 months.
Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration, CNIC, valid license of registration with Pakistan Engineering Council, and ATL status. Bid security must be submitted in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee. Bids will be opened on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 12:30 PM in the office of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi.
Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids and ensure timely submission before the deadline.
