Upgradation of Class-II Unmanned Lever Crossing No. 56 and Preparation of Estimate, Drawing and RCC Component of Watch Towers at Quetta

Pakistan Railways, Divisional Office Quetta invites sealed bids through E-PADS for execution of works based on Pakistan Railways Composite Schedule of Rates 2016. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and have specialization codes in CE-10 category, active ATL of FBR, and valid license i.e CE-06. Items being procured: - Upgradation of Class-II unmanned lever Crossing No. 56 at K.M No. 386/6-7 into Class-I manned dual carriage way by providing level crossing 56/56-A between Quetta and Sheikhmanda stations on Quetta-Chaman section - Preparation of Estimate, Drawing and RCC Component of the Structure i.e Watch Towers at Quetta The first work has an approximate cost of Rs. 2,803,857 with an earnest money of Rs. 560,772 and completion period of 4 months. The second work has an approximate cost of Rs. 937,743 with earnest money of Rs. 18,755 and completion period of 2 months. Bidders must submit bids through E-PADS by 12:00 hours on 22nd August 2026. Hard copies of bid security in the form of CDR/Pay order in the name of DAO/P.R Quetta must accompany scanned bids. Original bid security and bidding documents must be submitted to the office of Divisional Engineer-I, P.R Quetta (Work Accounts Branch). Only bids through E-PADS will be entertained and opened at 12:30 hours on the same day in the office of Divisional Accounts Officer, P.R Quetta. Presence of firm representatives is allowed. The Railway administration reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. Bidders should ensure timely submission of bids and proper documentation to avoid disqualification.
