Upgradation of Conference Hall at University of Sufism and Modern Sciences Bhitshah

The University of Sufism and Modern Sciences Bhitshah is procuring comprehensive upgradation works for its conference hall located in Bhitshah, Sindh. This project involves the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a modern digital conference system including desktop microphone units, delegate microphone units, a digital conference system controller, sound system with mixer amplifier, premium cabinet loudspeakers, LED monitors, LED table fixtures, HDMI splitters and cables, and concealed electrical wiring works. The scope covers all related electrical and audio-visual equipment to enhance the conference hall's functionality and user experience. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and appear on the Active Taxpayer List. They should be SECP registered companies with valid Chamber of Commerce registration and ISO 45001 or ISO 9001 certification. Experience of executing at least three similar projects in the last three years with a minimum cost of Rs. 10 million each is mandatory. The average annual turnover for the last three years should not be less than Rs. 10 million. Earnest Money Deposit of Rs. 200,000 and a tender fee of Rs. 3,000 must be submitted as per the tender requirements. The bid validity period is 90 days. The deadline for bid submission is 19th May 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:00 AM in the Seminar Hall at USMS Bhitshah. Bids must be submitted through the EPADS online portal and original documents physically delivered to the Tender Opening Committee at least 30 minutes before bid opening. The contract completion period is 12 months from the date of work order issuance.
