Upgradation of Takra Stadium Mansehra and Construction of Indoor Gymnasium in Haripur and Bannu

The Directorate of Works and Implementation, Sports and Youth Affairs Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites bids for the upgradation of Takra Stadium in Mansehra and construction of indoor gymnasiums in Haripur and Bannu districts. Bidders must submit a 2% earnest money (Bid Security) of the estimated cost along with a non-refundable tender fee of 0.03% of the estimated cost. All bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) portal before the deadline of **18th May 2026**. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at specified times.
