Tender Description
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking sealed bids from eligible bidders, companies, firms, and rent-a-car service providers for vehicle rental services to support its various donor-funded projects across Pakistan. The procurement covers vehicle rental services for provincial and regional offices, ensuring availability on both monthly and daily rental bases.
Items being procured:
- Vehicle rental services for various categories of vehicles as detailed in Annex-A (price schedule)
- Scope of work as outlined in Annex-B
The technical scope includes provision of vehicles suitable for the operational needs of IRC offices across Pakistan. Interested bidders must refer to the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents available for download at https://www.brightspyre.com/rescue. The RFP contains detailed specifications, terms, and conditions.
Eligibility criteria include being a registered rent-a-car service provider with relevant experience and capacity to supply vehicles as per IRC requirements. Bidders must submit sealed technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes by Tuesday, September 15, 2026, to the IRC Islamabad office address provided in the RFP. The deadline for submission of questions regarding the RFP is Tuesday, September 8, 2026.
IRC reserves the right to award the contract to a single bidder or split it among multiple bidders. The organization also reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reasons. Bidders are advised to submit their best and final price offers as no negotiations will be entertained after bid opening.
