Prequalification for Hiring of Vehicle Tracking and Management System Services for Suthra Punjab Authority Central Region (Three Years, Extendable)

Lahore Waste Management Company, acting on behalf of Suthra Punjab Authority, invites prequalification applications from eligible vehicle tracking companies for the provision of vehicle tracking and management system services in the Central Region of Punjab. This contract is for a period of three years, extendable to another three years, and covers multiple divisions and districts within the region. The process is strictly for prequalification, and joint ventures or consortiums are not permissible under the stated criteria. Items being procured: - Vehicle Tracking and Management System Services for the following regions and districts: - Lahore Division: Lahore, Kasur, Nankana Sahib, Sheikhupura - Gujranwala Division: Gujranwala, Sialkot, Narowal - Gujrat Division: Gujrat, Hafizabad, Mandi Bahauddin, Wazirabad - Faisalabad Division: Faisalabad, Jhang, Chiniot, Toba Tek Singh The technical scope includes the supply, installation, and management of a comprehensive vehicle tracking and management system for waste management vehicles operating in the above districts. The system must ensure real-time tracking, data management, and reporting capabilities as per the requirements outlined in the Pre-Qualification Document (PQD). Applicants must comply with all technical and operational specifications detailed in the PQD, which is available for download from the Punjab E-Procurement System (E-P) and PPRA Punjab websites free of cost. Eligibility criteria require applicants to be registered vehicle tracking companies with relevant experience. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed. Applicants must submit their prequalification documents online via the Punjab E-Procurement System (E-P) by 1100 hours on or before August 27, 2026. A pre-submission meeting will be held on August 18, 2026, at 1100 hours at the LWMC office. For submission, ensure all documents are signed, stamped, and in complete conformity with the PQD.
