Tender Description
Lahore Waste Management Company, acting on behalf of Suthra Punjab Authority, invites prequalification applications from eligible vehicle tracking companies for the provision of vehicle tracking and management system services in the North Region of Punjab. This contract will cover a period of three years, extendable for another three years, and is a significant opportunity for technology and logistics service providers to work with a major public sector entity in Punjab.
Items being procured:
- Vehicle Tracking and Management System Services for the following regions and districts:
- Rawalpindi Division: Rawalpindi, Attock, Jhelum, Chakwal, Murree, Talagang
- Sargodha Division: Sargodha, Khushab, Mianwali, Bhakkar
The technical scope includes the supply, installation, and ongoing management of a comprehensive vehicle tracking and management system for the waste management fleet operating in the above districts. The system must ensure real-time tracking, data analytics, and reporting capabilities as per the criteria outlined in the Pre-Qualification Document (PQD). Joint ventures or consortiums are not permitted for this tender.
Interested companies must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar projects and compliance with the technical requirements specified in the PQD are mandatory. Earnest Money or Bid Security requirements, if any, will be detailed in the PQD available online.
Applications must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (E-P) by 1100 hours on or before August 27, 2026. The online opening of applications will take place the same day at 1130 hours. A pre-submission meeting will be held on August 18, 2026, at 1100 hours at the LWMC office in Lahore.
