Hiring of Vehicle Tracking and Management System Services for Suthra Punjab Authority in South Region of Punjab (Three Years, Extendable)

Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC), acting on behalf of Suthra Punjab Authority, is inviting prequalification applications from eligible vehicle tracking companies for the provision of vehicle tracking and management system services in the South Region of Punjab. This contract is for a period of three years and may be extended for another three years based on performance and requirements. The prequalification and subsequent bidding process will be conducted exclusively through the Punjab E-Procurement System (E-P). Items being procured: - Vehicle Tracking and Management System Services for the following regions and districts: - Multan Division: Multan, Khanewal, Lodhran, Vehari - Bahawalpur Division: Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Rahim Yar Khan - Dera Ghazi Khan Division: Dera Ghazi Khan, Layyah, Muzaffargarh, Rajanpur, Kot Addu, Taunsa - Sahiwal Division: Sahiwal, Okara, Pakpattan The technical scope includes the supply, installation, and management of a comprehensive vehicle tracking system for waste management vehicles operating across the listed districts. The system must ensure real-time monitoring, data analytics, and reporting capabilities as per the criteria outlined in the Pre-Qualification Document (PQD). Only single entities may apply; joint ventures or consortiums are not permissible. Eligible applicants must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar projects and compliance with the technical and financial requirements specified in the PQD are mandatory. Earnest Money and other bid securities will be detailed in the subsequent bidding phase.
