Procurement of Video Conferencing System, TV Displays and Video Conferencing-specific Furniture with Accessories and Allied Services

Peshawar Electric Supply Company is inviting quotations for the procurement of video conferencing equipment, TV displays, and video conferencing-specific furniture along with all necessary accessories and allied services. This procurement is part of the Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP) and is financed by the World Bank. The items are to be installed at the offices of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) PESCO and Chief Engineer (Development) PMU PESCO, Peshawar. Items being procured: - Lot-I: Supply, installation, configuration, integration, testing and commissioning of two (02) video conferencing systems along with complete accessories and allied services - Lot-II: Supply, installation/mounting, configuration, testing and commissioning of two (02) TV displays along with complete accessories and allied services - Lot-III: Supply of video conferencing specific furniture including conference table, media/TV console, equipment cabinet/rack, and other allied furniture/accessories required for complete setup and operational use of the video conferencing solution/equipment The technical scope covers the full setup, integration, and operationalization of modern video conferencing solutions, including both hardware and specialized furniture. Suppliers may quote for one, two, or all three lots, but only one quotation per lot is allowed. More than one quotation for the same lot by a single supplier will result in rejection. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Quotation (RFQ) as per World Bank Procurement Regulations. All eligible manufacturers and suppliers are encouraged to participate. Interested parties can obtain further information from the office of Chief Engineer (Development) PMU PESCO, Peshawar, during office hours (0900 to 1600). Complete RFQ documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PESCO website at www.pesco.com.pk. Quotations must be delivered to the specified address by 20-08-2026 at 1100 hrs. Late submissions and electronic procurement will not be accepted. A practical tip: Ensure your bid includes all required technical documentation and that your earnest money and bid security are prepared as per the instructions to avoid disqualification.
