Hiring of Village Based Organizers (VBOs) for Aquaculture and Fisheries Development Project Sindh

The Aquaculture and Fisheries Development Project Sindh is inviting sealed bids for the hiring of Village Based Organizers (VBOs) to support the implementation of the Accelerated Action Plan (AAP) for the reduction of stunting and malnutrition in Sindh. This opportunity is open to eligible individuals and firms who can provide the required services as per the project's Terms of Reference (TORs). Items being procured: - Hiring of Village Based Organizers (VBOs) for the Aquaculture and Fisheries Development Project Sindh (quantity and specific locations as per TORs) The scope of work includes mobilization and organization of local communities, facilitation of project activities at the village level, and regular reporting to the project management. The VBOs will play a key role in ensuring effective outreach and implementation of fisheries and aquaculture interventions under the AAP. Applicants must have relevant experience in community mobilization, preferably in fisheries or rural development sectors. Registration with FBR and inclusion in the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) is mandatory. Earnest Money of Rs. 2,000 in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft must be submitted with the bid. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Project Director's office at the address provided in the notice. The last date for submission is 31 August 2026. Bids will be opened on 01 September 2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained. A practical tip for bidders: Carefully review the TORs and ensure all required documents, including proof of experience and tax compliance, are attached to avoid disqualification at the technical evaluation stage.
