The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors and firms by the GE (Navy) Lahore for various repair, maintenance, washing, polishing, decoration, and electrification works related to furniture and buildings in Lahore, Faisalabad, and other cities. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and be on the active tax payer list of the Federal Board of Revenue, as well as registered with PEC. Contractors must provide valid registration certificates from PEC and FBR, along with proof of experience and financial standing. Earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated cost in the form of FOD or Deposit At Call is required from contractors not on the approved MES list. The tender submission deadline is **1130 hours on 26 Aug 2026**, with opening at **1200 hours on the same day**. Bids must be submitted to the GE (Navy) Lahore office.
