Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for solar works under EE-11 (Solar) for Packages No. 1(ii) and No. 2. For general electrical works, relevant PEC codes are required for Package No. 1(i). Eligibility criteria include valid registration with KPPRA, FBR (Active Taxpayer status), and submission of earnest money (Bid Security 2% of the estimated cost) in the form of a call deposit receipt.
