Supply of Wheat, Sugar, Rice, Pulses, Cooking Oil, Tea, and Spices for District Jail Rawalakot FY 2026

The Nizamat Khurak, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the supply of essential food items for District Jail Rawalakot for the financial year 2026. This procurement is being conducted under the relevant PPRA rules and is open to all registered suppliers who meet the eligibility criteria. Items being procured: - Wheat (Gandum) - Sugar (Cheeni) - Rice (Chawal) - Pulses (Daal) - Cooking Oil (Banaspati Ghee/Cooking Oil) - Tea (Chai) - Spices (Masalay) All items must be supplied as per the required specifications and quality standards set by the department. The quantities and detailed specifications can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during working hours. Bidders must submit their bids along with a call deposit receipt (CDR) or pay order equivalent to 2% of the total bid amount as Earnest Money in favor of the department. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Guarantee as per the rules. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Nizamat Khurak, Rawalakot, by **01 July 2024, 11:00 AM**. Bids will be opened on the same day at **11:15 AM** in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained. Only suppliers registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are eligible to participate. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules without assigning any reason. Tip: Ensure your bid includes all required supporting documents, including proof of ATL status and a valid CDR, to avoid disqualification at the technical evaluation stage.
