Tender Description
The Irrigation Department, through the Office of the Executive Engineer, Small Dams Division Talagang, invites electronic bids for the work titled 'Work for Support Staff in Small Dams Division Talagang' covering the period from 01.09.2026 to 31.01.2027. This tender is conducted under the Single Stage - Single Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended).

- Support Staff for Small Dams Division Talagang for the period 01.09.2026 to 31.01.2027
The scope involves providing support staff services for the Small Dams Division at Talagang. Bidders must be registered contractors with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and registered on the Punjab e-procurement system. The bidding documents can be downloaded from the official Punjab e-procurement portals. Submission of bids is only accepted electronically through the Punjab e-procurement system. Manual bids will not be accepted.
The estimated cost of the contract is Rs. 6,494,460/- with a 5% earnest money of Rs. 324,723/-. Bidders must submit the original financial instrument as bid security in the form of Demand Draft, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan. The bid security will be released to unsuccessful bidders after the contract award. The successful bidder will enter into an agreement and must provide a 10% performance guarantee. The contract duration is approximately five months.
Key dates include the e-bids submission deadline on 29th September 2026 at 01:30 PM and the bid opening on the same day at 02:00 PM. Bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the bid opening at the office of the Project Director, Small Dams Circle-II, Jhelum.
