Year Round Maintenance of Honorable Speaker Lift and HVAC Plant at Parliament House Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites bids from firms holding valid PEC License in relevant categories and a valid Electric Inspector License for maintenance works at Parliament House, Islamabad. The tender covers two main works: - Year Round Maintenance of Honorable Speaker Lift at Parliament House (RRC) 2026-27 - Year Round Operation / Maintenance of HVAC plant and Air Conditioning System with allied equipment at Parliament House, Islamabad (RRC) 2026-27 These works involve continuous maintenance and operation of critical mechanical and electrical systems within the Parliament House premises. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and Pakistan Revenue Authority (PPRA) as vendors, and hold valid Electrical Licenses issued by the Electrical Inspector Islamabad. The tender process is conducted on E-PAD(V2.0) platform with bids to be submitted online. Earnest money must be generated from the firm's own account in favor of Deputy Director E&M Parliament House. Bidders must also provide their last 3 years Income Tax Returns and submit Call Deposit if their bid is more than 10% below the NIT amount. The tender opening is scheduled for 24th September 2026 at 12:00 Noon at CDA office. Firms should have at least two years of relevant experience and provide an undertaking on stamp paper regarding litigation status.
