Construction of Duct Lines, Manholes, LBS Earthing and Pakka Path for Two 11kV Feeders

NOTE: This procurement covers civil and electrical works for Village Electrification, Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO), at the 132kV MES Grid Station area near GHQ Rawalpindi, through the IESCO Rawalpindi City Construction Division. The project comprises construction of 2x3 duct lines with manholes, LBS plinth and earthing, and pakka path for two independent 11kV feeders, Main Feeder-01 and Standby Feeder-02. The stated grand total is **PKR 16,935,765**, with a 365-day delivery schedule. The single job is quantity 1/job, with bid security of **PKR 338,715**. Eligible bidders must hold PEC registration with EE-04, EE-05 and CE-10 codes renewed through 30 June 2027, NTDC prequalification, and relevant completed works experience. FBR NTN, active GST and PRA status, FY 2025-26 tax returns, three years audited turnover, financial capacity and a fresh bank statement are required. The **2%** CDR or pay order must be uploaded and its original delivered before opening; performance guarantee is **5%**, increasing to 10% for bids below 20% of BOQ cost.
