Consultancy Services for Feasibility Study for Construction of PCAA Headquarters Building at Mauve Area, Sector G-9/4, Islamabad

Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) invites bids from well reputed, tax registered companies/firms for consultancy services to carry out a feasibility study for the construction of the PCAA Headquarters Building at Mauve Area, Sector G-9/4, Islamabad. The study aims to assess the viability and detailed planning for the proposed construction project. The tender includes submission of bids electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. Bidders must provide a fixed bid security of PKR 1,500,000 in the form of a pay order or bank guarantee. Bids will be opened in the presence of the PCAA Procurement Committee and representatives of bidders. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
