Tender Description
The Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC) invites sealed proposals from reputable Pakistani IT consultancy firms for revamping and enhancing its existing online Job Portal and developing an integrated HR talent pool platform. The project requires firms with proven experience in IT systems development, particularly in job portals or large-scale web applications.
The procurement will follow the Single Stage – One Envelope bidding procedure under Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and submit bids electronically via the PPRA e-procurement portal by the specified deadline.
