Tender Description
House Building Finance Company Limited (HBFC) invites sealed bids from eligible consultants/firms for the independent review, enhancement, and alignment of its Enterprise Technology Governance and Risk Management Framework (ETGRMF) and its appended artifacts. The scope includes gap analysis, revision of policies, procedures, SOPs, strategy documents, control forms, MIS reports, and knowledge transfer through training and awareness sessions.
The engagement aims to ensure compliance with State Bank of Pakistan regulations, alignment with HBFC’s governance model, and international best practices. The project includes comprehensive review, gap identification, framework revision, independent validation, cybersecurity awareness training, and ongoing regulatory updates support for one year after project completion.
