The procurement aims to enhance national image and foster professional identity through employer branding. Bidders must submit bids electronically via the EPADS portal by the specified deadline. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held to present fabric samples and tender specifications. Bidders must meet experience requirements and provide bid security as per tender documents.
