Tender Description
House Building Finance Company Limited (HBFC) invites bids from reputed firms for independent valuation services to assess the fair value of its investments in certain unlisted companies. The scope includes due diligence, data collection, valuation methodology development, comparable analysis, and preparation of comprehensive valuation reports.
The contract duration is for three years with fixed pricing. The valuer will deliver draft and final reports, presentations to auditors, and all supporting documentation. Bids will be evaluated on technical and financial criteria under PPRA rules using a single stage two envelope procedure.
