Tender Description
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority invites sealed bids from reputed local and national firms/companies with a minimum of five years' relevant experience for the arrangement of the Hazara Festival for the financial year 2025-26. Bidding will be conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under a Single Stage-Two Envelopes Bidding Procedure as per KPPRA Rules-2014.
Bidders must submit technical and financial bids electronically via the EPADS platform by the deadline. A bid security of 2% of the quoted amount in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt is mandatory. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 22nd December 2025 at 03:00 pm at the conference hall of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority.
