Hiring of Event Management Firm for PESX - Punjab Education Summit & Expo 2026-2027

Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) invites sealed bids on a lump sum basis from eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, or general order suppliers registered with relevant authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, and Punjab e-Procurement (eP) System under PPR-14 Rule 38 (2) (a). The procurement is for hiring an event management firm for the Punjab Education Summit & Expo 2026-2027 in Lahore. Items being procured: - Arrangements for Punjab Education Summit & Expo 2026 The scope includes comprehensive event management services for the summit and expo, ensuring quality execution under the Public Private Partnership framework. Bidders must comply with detailed specifications and eligibility criteria outlined in the bidding documents available on Punjab e-Procurement System, PPRA, and PEF websites. Eligibility requires valid NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates, registration on Punjab e-Procurement System, and submission of bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated price (Rs. 5,000,000). Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 02:00 PM on November 19th, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
