Addition and Rehabilitation of Existing Colleges Facilities at Govt Girls Degree College Shikarpur Larkana

The College Education Works Division Larkana is procuring works for the addition and rehabilitation of missing facilities in existing colleges of Larkana, specifically at Govt Girls Degree College Shikarpur. This project is part of the 2025-26 ADP Programme under ADP No. 686 and is funded by the Provincial Government of Sindh. The scope includes extensive civil works such as dismantling, brickwork, reinforced concrete, steel reinforcement, roofing, plastering, painting, flooring with porcelain and marble tiles, water supply installations, and other related construction activities. The technical scope covers a wide range of construction tasks including RCC work, steel fabrication, masonry, plastering, painting, installation of sanitary fittings, water supply pipelines, and ceiling works. The project site is located at GBDC Hostel Block near BNB Girls College Road, Larkana. The contract duration is 24 months from the commencement date with a liquidated damage clause of Rs. 1,000 per day for delays. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for contracts above Rs. 4 million, possess valid NTN and SRB certificates, and have at least five years of experience in similar works. Financial soundness is required with audited financial statements and tax returns for the last five years. Bidders must also demonstrate adequate personnel capabilities and equipment ownership as per the detailed eligibility criteria.
