Annual Contract for Repair & Maintenance of Street Lights of Various Roads of Karachi Metropolitan Corporation in District Korangi

Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) Engineering Department invites bids for the Annual Contract for Repair & Maintenance of street lights on various roads in District Korangi, Karachi. This contract covers comprehensive maintenance and repair works to ensure proper functioning of street lighting infrastructure across the district. Items being procured: - Providing & laying PVC insulated & PVC sheeted copper conductors of various sizes (1.5mm2, 2.5mm2, 4mm2, 16mm2, 25mm2) - Providing & fixing MS tubular poles of 31ft and 40ft with base plates, stiffeners, and painting - Construction of RCC foundations for poles including excavation, stone soiling, and reinforcement - Manufacturing and fixing GI single arm double arch, double arm canopy type, angle iron brackets - Providing & fixing flood lights of 250W, 400W (HPIT, SON, LED), LED street lights, LED down lights, tunnel lights, velocity type street lights - Providing & fixing circuit breakers, magnetic contractors, photo cells, earthing sets - Dismantling of street light fittings, brackets, poles with transportation - Painting of street light/high mast poles - Providing & fixing distribution boards, foundation cages, brackets, and other accessories - Repairing existing collars, fabrication work to reduce pole height - Construction of RCC foundation New Jersey barrier type - Other related electrical and civil works as per specifications The scope includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of all materials and equipment as per KMC standards and instructions of the Engineer Incharge. Bidders must have valid PEC registration in C-6, EE-06 or above, NTN and SRB registration, valid Electric Contractors License from Sindh Electrical Inspectorate, and proven experience of similar works in the last five years with financial soundness. The estimated cost of the contract is **PKR 20,000,000** with a bid security of 5% of the estimated cost. Tender cost is Rs. 5,000.
