Items being procured: - Annual Framework Contract FY 2026-27 for Patch Work Different Roads Tehsil Jaranwala In the Limit of DCF - Annual Framework Contract FY 2026-27 for Maintenance / Rehabilitation / Decoration of Office Building etc DCF - Annual Framework Contract FY 2026-27 for Repair and Rehabilitation / Decoration different spots for Chowks etc DCF - Annual Framework Contract FY 2026-27 for Construction and Repair and Decoration Residencies Officers / Officials Colony District Council, Faisalabad The scope includes patch work on roads, maintenance and rehabilitation of office buildings, repair and decoration of various chowks, and construction and repair of residences for officers and officials. The contracts require firms with relevant PEC categories, valid FBR registration, and proven experience. Earnest money in the form of a Bid Security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS). Physical financial instruments such as CDRs, Pay Orders, Demand Drafts, or Bank Guarantees will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-PS portal by 10:00 AM on 28.09.2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the office of the Chief Officer, District Council Faisalabad, in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and bidders or their authorized representatives.
