Annual Operation, Repair & Maintenance Contract of HVAC System (702-Ton Capacity) at New Building of CPEIC Multan

Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Multan is inviting eligible bidders for the Annual Operation, Repair & Maintenance Contract of HVAC System (702-Ton Capacity) installed at the new building of CPEIC Multan. This contract includes maintenance material and consumables for a period of one year (12 months) for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Annual Operation, Repair & Maintenance Contract of HVAC System (702-Ton Capacity) installed at New Building of CPEIC Multan (without spare parts) - Maintenance Material & Consumables for one year (12 months) The scope covers comprehensive maintenance services for the HVAC system with a large capacity of 702 tons, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability throughout the contract period. The contract excludes spare parts supply. The site is the new building of the Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology in Multan, Punjab. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and ATL, and should have relevant experience in HVAC system maintenance. PEC registration may be required as per the nature of the contract. Earnest Money in the form of Bid Security @ 2% of the total estimated cost must be submitted electronically on Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS). No physical financial instruments like CDR or bank guarantees will be accepted. The deadline for submission of e-Bids on Punjab e-PS is 27-07-2026 till 11:00 AM, with technical bid opening on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bidders should ensure timely submission of bids in PDF format on Punjab e-PS. Hard copies of bids are not required. The procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended).
