Annual Repair & Maintenance and Renovation Works for Water & Sanitation Services Company Abbottabad

Bids are invited from reputed contractors registered with PEC in applicable registered Category, having valid NTN and KPRA registration and active filing status on ATL of FBR & KPRA for various repair, maintenance, and renovation works for Water and Sanitation Services Company (WSSC) Abbottabad. The procurement follows the Single Stage One Envelope method and Percentage Above / Below procedure through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules, 2014. Items being procured: - Annual Repair & Maintenance of Water Distribution System (Agreement) - Annual Repair & Maintenance of Motor & Pumps (Agreement) - Annual Repair & Maintenance of Transformer & Voltage Stabilizers (Agreement) - Annual Repair & Maintenance of Civil Works (Agreement) - Renovation Work of WSSCA Head Office (Works Contract) These works cover comprehensive repair and maintenance of water distribution frameworks, electrical motors and pumps, transformers and voltage stabilizers, as well as civil works and renovation of the WSSCA Head Office. The scope requires contractors to have relevant PEC registration, NTN, KPRA registration, and active ATL status. Bidders must submit a 2% bid security and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2000 deposited in favor of the Chief Executive Officer WSSCA at Bank of Khyber. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 14th September 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Manager (HR, Admin & Procurement), WSSCA. Completed bidding documents must be uploaded on EPADS by 11:30 AM on 17th September 2026, with bid opening at 12:00 Noon the same day in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders or their representatives.
