Tender Description
Pakistan Single Window (Procurement) Islamabad invites bids for the provision of Annual Support, Subscription Renewal, and Maintenance Services specifically for Dell, Fortinet, and Huawei equipment installed at the PSW Data Center. This procurement is planned under the FY 2026-27 budget and aims to ensure uninterrupted technical support and system reliability for critical IT infrastructure.

- Annual Support Services for Dell Equipment
- Subscription Renewal for Fortinet Equipment
- Maintenance Services for Huawei Equipment
The scope covers comprehensive technical support, timely subscription renewals, and maintenance activities to keep the data center equipment fully operational. Bidders must be capable of providing expert services for these specific brands and ensure compliance with the technical specifications outlined in the bidding documents. The services will be delivered at the PSW Data Center located in Islamabad.
Eligible bidders should be registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with all Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Submission of Earnest Money in the form of Pay Order or Bid Securing Declaration is mandatory. Experience in similar IT maintenance contracts and valid FBR/ATL registration will be advantageous.
The tender follows a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS).
