Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-6 or above and have valid FBR/ATL registration. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost is required for each sub work. Bids must be uploaded and submitted through the E-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/) before the deadline. The last date and time for submission is 14th September 2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening at 1:30 PM the same day.
