Tender Description
This opportunity is announced by the Balochistan Health Department in Quetta for the appointment of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at the Balochistan Institute of Child Health Services. The role is critical for overseeing clinical and non-clinical functions, ensuring smooth operation of ancillary services, and managing procurement and financial discipline within the institute.
The CEO will be responsible for preparing the annual budget and business plan, maintaining pharmacy, nursing, materials management, and security services. Located in Quetta, this position demands a leader capable of clinical governance and auditing existing programs while developing new clinical initiatives to improve child health services in the region.
Candidates must be registered pediatric professors with PMDC and under 65 years of age. The appointment is on a contract basis, and only local domicile holders of Balochistan are eligible. The role requires compliance with provincial health regulations and adherence to the department's governance policies.
