Arrangement of 41st National Hifz-o-Qirat Competition Non-Consultancy Services

The Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony, Islamabad invites bids for the arrangement of the 41st National Hifz-o-Qirat Competition scheduled for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement covers comprehensive non-consultancy services including event management, catering, accommodation, sound system installation, and event branding. Items being procured: - Reservation of hall for 2 days for 150-200 persons at a minimum 3-star hotel with stage, seating, rostrum with mic, air-conditioning, bouquets, stage table, backup generator, attached baths, drinkable water, and red carpet - Arrangement of food for 200 persons including Chicken Korma, Seekh Kabab/Chicken Boti, Mix Vegetable/Palak Paneer, Fried Rice/Vegetable Rice, Nan/Roti, Kheer/Fruit Trifle, and Mixed Salads - Arrangement of tea, coffee, biscuits, and cake for 200 persons on need basis - Accommodation for 25-30 guests in single/double rooms with meals, late check-out, and complimentary breakfast at minimum 3-star hotel - Installation and operation of DJ sound system for 2 days on need basis - Designing, preparation, and placement of backdrop (15x30) with Ministry name, Minister's picture, and Government logo including frames and installation/removal - Printing of 30 certificates as per sample - Preparation of 38 shields as per sample The successful bidder will be responsible for all logistics including transportation, installation, operation, and dismantling of equipment and materials. All services must meet the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and professionalism. Bidders must be registered taxpayers with valid FBR registration and have at least three years of relevant experience.
