Tender Description
The Municipal Committee Khushab invites quotations from reputed firms and contractors for arrangements related to the celebration of Eid-Meelad-Un-Nabi (S.A.W) 2026 within its jurisdiction. This procurement is conducted under the PPRA E-tendering and Quotation system in accordance with the latest PPRA rules. Items being procured:

The scope includes all necessary arrangements to successfully conduct the event, ensuring quality and timely completion. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the financial year 2026-27 in the relevant category and must be registered on the Punjab PPRA website. Earnest money amounting to 3% of the estimated cost (PKR 46,853) must be uploaded via bank guarantee, PSID system, Pay Order, or CDR in favor of the Chief Officer MCKhushab before the bid opening date. Original documents must be submitted to the tender opening committee half an hour before bid opening.
Bidders can attend the office of Municipal Committee Khushab on 24-08-2026 at 12:30 PM for bid retrieval and quotation submission. The successful bidder will be announced in the presence of the tender opening committee. Any fake information or documents will lead to disqualification and blacklisting. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rules-35.
The e-bid submission deadline is 24-08-2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the PPRA e-procurement procedures and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
