Purchase of Commercial Building for NADRA Regional Head Office Mumtaz City or Tarnol up to 3500 Sq.ft

NADRA invites sealed bids from property owners and authorized agents for the purchase of a commercial building to be used as the Regional Head Office in either Mumtaz City or Tarnol, Islamabad/Rawalpindi. The required covered area is up to 3500 square feet. Items being procured: - Commercial building in Mumtaz City or Tarnol, up to 3500 sq.ft covered area The property must be located in the specified area and should be suitable for office use, meeting all legal and regulatory requirements. The procurement will be conducted under Rule 36(b) of the Public Procurement Rules 2004, using the Single Stage – Single Envelope procedure. Bidders must submit their offers through the EPADS V2.0 e-procurement portal. Interested parties should ensure that the property is free from all encumbrances and legal disputes. The bid submission deadline is 11:00 AM on 11 October 2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Eligibility criteria include ownership or authorized agency of the property, provision of all relevant legal documents, and compliance with NADRA's requirements. Earnest Money in the form of a Pay Order or CDR is required as per the tender document.
