AUCTION: Canteen Lease Rights Government Degree College Chichawatni 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Government Degree College Chichawatni invites sealed bids for the lease rights of the college canteen for the academic session 2026-27. The lease period will be for 10 months, starting from 01-09-2026 to 30-06-2027. The highest bid will be accepted for the canteen lease. Interested parties are required to submit their applications to the college office by 24-08-2026. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for the college canteen (10 months: 01-09-2026 to 30-06-2027) The auction will be held on 27-08-2026. All applicants must submit a CDR of Rs. 1000 as earnest money along with their application. The successful bidder will be required to deposit the full lease amount within 11 days of the auction. The canteen will be handed over to the successful bidder on 01-09-2026. Only those who submit their applications by the deadline will be eligible to participate in the auction.
