AUCTION: Canteen and Photo Shop Lease Rights 2026-27, University of Education Multan Campus

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The University of Education Multan Campus is inviting sealed bids for the lease rights of its canteen and photo shop for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be conducted through open bidding, and the successful bidder will be granted the right to operate the canteen and photo shop on campus for one year, from 20-11-2026 to 19-11-2027. The auction will take place at the Multan Campus at 11:00 AM on 16-11-2026, and all interested parties must submit their sealed bids to the campus office by 4:00 PM on the same day. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders, and the highest bid above the reserve price will be considered for awarding the contract. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for campus canteen (duration: 20-11-2026 to 19-11-2027) - Lease rights for campus photo shop (duration: 20-11-2026 to 19-11-2027) Reserve price for both: Rs. 880,000 per annum Earnest money: Rs. 55,000 (non-refundable for successful bidder) Bid security: Rs. 1,000 (refundable for unsuccessful bidders) The successful bidder must deposit 50 percent of the total bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining amount to be paid as per the agreed schedule. All Punjab Government tax conditions will apply, and the campus administration reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Bidders can obtain the auction schedule from the campus office until 2:00 PM on 16-11-2026. If the successful bidder fails to fulfill the contract or is involved in any legal dispute, the lease will be cancelled and the earnest money forfeited.
