AUCTION: Canteen Services at DHQ Hospital Vehari for Financial Year 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Health & Population Department invites bids for the auction of canteen services at District Headquarters Hospital Vehari for the financial year 2026-27. This auction is specifically for the operation and management of the hospital canteen located in Vehari. Items being auctioned: - Auction of Canteen Services Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and tax departments including Income Tax and Sales Tax, and hold a professional tax certificate for FY-2026-27 from the Excise & Taxation Department. The bidding process follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, requiring separate financial and technical proposals. Bidding documents with detailed specifications can be obtained upon written request by 29.09.2026 during office hours from the Procurement Office at DHQ Hospital Vehari or downloaded from the PPRA website http://ep.punjab.gov.pk/. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000 is required for the bidding documents. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must accompany all bids in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee from the Bank of Punjab. Sealed bids must be submitted by 30th September 2026 at 11:59 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 12:30 PM at the Resource Centre DHQ Hospital Vehari. Late bids will not be entertained. In case of any public holiday or non-working day on the submission or opening date, the next official working day will be considered. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules, and NTN and GST certificates must be provided. Bidders are advised to carefully read the bidding documents and comply with all requirements. One practical tip is to ensure timely submission of bids and proper marking of envelopes as 'FINANCIAL PROPOSAL' and 'TECHNICAL PROPOSAL' to avoid disqualification.
