Auction of Car Parking, Taxi Stands, Vending Stalls and Muqaddam at Various Railway Stations

Pakistan Railways invites Income Tax and Sales Tax registered firms or bidders for the auction of Car Parking, Taxi Stands, Vending Stalls, and Muqaddam at various railway stations primarily in Peshawar and other cities. The auction is managed by the Divisional Commercial Officer, Peshawar, under the supervision of the Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways. Items being procured: - Muqaddam (270 Sft Space) at Peshawar Cantt - Tailor Shop converted to Tandoor Shop at Peshawar City - Mobile Accessories Shop at Peshawar City - Tea & Cold Drinks Stall at Peshawar City - Fresh Fruit & Dry Fruit Stall at Peshawar City - Roti, Salan, Pakora & Samosa Stall at Peshawar City - Fresh Fruit & Dry Fruit Stall at Azakhel Dry Port - General Store (old signal inspector office) at Attock City - Tea & Cold Drinks at Jand - Roti, Salan, Pakora & Samosa Stall at Jand - Tea & Cold Drinks, Pakora & Roti at Daudkhel - Tea & Cold Drinks, Samosa & Jalaby at Mianwali - Tea & Cold Drinks Stall (Plat Form No.02) at Kundian - Roti, Salan, Pakora & Samosa Stall (Plat Form No.3) at Kundian Car Parking/Taxi Stands: - Azakhel Dry Port Pirpiai (135760 Sft) - Nowshera Railway Station (5750 Sft) - Jellangera Road Railway Station (2000 Sft) - Kohat Cantt Railway Station (2000 Sft) - Khairabad Kund Railway Station (1435 Sft) - Charsadda Railway Station (2700 Sft) - Kundian Railway Station (7200 Sft) The auction documents can be obtained from the Office of Divisional Commercial Officer, Peshawar, during office hours (08 AM to 03 PM) upon written application with CNIC copy and payment of Rs. 3,000/- & 2,000/- for A and B Class vending stalls, Rs. 5,000/- for Muqaddam, and Rs. 5,000/- for Car Parking/Taxi Stands (non-refundable). The auction documents must be submitted in person or by a representative by 03:00 PM on 18.08.2026. The auction will be held on 19.08.2026 at 12:00 PM. Bidders must provide an affidavit on stamp paper of Rs. 200/- confirming they are not blacklisted by any government or procurement agency. The contract period for stalls with new design is (3+2) years instead of (2+1) years.
