AUCTION: Collection of Car Parking Fee Concession at Skardu International Airport

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) is offering an auction opportunity for the collection of car parking fees at Skardu International Airport (SKIAP), Skardu. This concession is available for a period of three (03) years or until the airport expansion project disturbs the premises, whichever occurs earlier. The reserve price for this concession is set at Rs. 146,600/- with a 10% annual enhancement on a cumulative basis for subsequent years. Only bids exceeding the reserve price will be entertained. Items being auctioned: - Collection of Car Parking Fee Concession at Skardu International Airport The concessionaire will be responsible for managing the car parking fee collection at the airport premises. The license period is clearly defined, and the annual fee increase is stipulated to ensure fair revenue growth. Interested bidders must obtain tender forms from the office of the Airport Manager at SKIAP, Skardu, by submitting a written request along with a copy of CNIC and NTN Certificate. A non-refundable payment of Rs. 5,000/- via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority is required to acquire the tender documents. Technical and financial offers must be sealed separately and clearly marked, then placed together in one envelope. The sealed envelope should be dropped in the designated tender box at the Airport Manager's office by the deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted. Technical bids will be opened half an hour after the box is desealed in the presence of attending bidders. Eligibility criteria include good reputation, relevant experience, sound financial background, and 80% weightage in technical evaluation. Advance income tax will be deducted under section 236-A of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001. Defaulters of PAA dues are ineligible. Submission of fake documents or pay orders will lead to disqualification and blacklisting.
