AUCTION: Concession for Cafeteria and General Provision Store at Jinnah International Airport Karachi

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) is offering a concession for the Main Establishment and Operations of a Cafeteria and General Provision Store located at Terminal-I, Jinnah International Airport Karachi. The space measures 1,586.2 sqft on Level-VI of the terminal. The concession period is five years or until outsourcing at the airport, with a monthly reserve price of Rs. 90,200/- and a 10% annual enhancement on a cumulative basis for subsequent years. Only bids higher than the reserve price will be entertained. Items/Properties involved: - Cafeteria and General Provision Store concession at Terminal-I, JIAP Karachi - Space measuring 1,586.2 sqft on Level-VI - Concession period: Five (05) years or till outsourcing The concession will be awarded through a single stage/two-envelope bidding process. Tender forms can be obtained from the Office of Officer In-charge, Commercial, located at Level-III of JTC, JIAP Karachi, upon submission of a written request with CNIC and NTN certificates and payment of Rs. 5,000/- non-refundable fee via Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority. Tender documents must be submitted sealed in separate envelopes for Technical and Financial offers, placed together in one envelope and dropped in the designated box at the Main Conference Room (Room No.6035) Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal by the specified deadline. Eligibility requires registered companies/firms/joint ventures/sole proprietors with relevant experience, good reputation, and sound financial background. Technical evaluation carries 80% weightage. Advance Income Tax will be deducted as per law. Defaulters of PAA dues are not eligible. Fake documents or pay orders will lead to disqualification and blacklisting. The tender opening will be held on 10-11-2026 at 1530 hrs, with submission deadline at 1500 hrs the same day. Late or conditional bids will not be accepted.
