Auction of confiscated goods and vehicles including TLS Light Aliphatic Hydro Carbon and TLS White Spirit

The Collectorate of Customs Appraisement Custom House Taftan is conducting an open auction for confiscated and overstayed goods and vehicles. The auction will take place at the NLC Border Terminal, Taftan, and includes items lying at Custom House Taftan and NLC Dry Port Quetta. Items being auctioned include: - TLS Light Aliphatic Hydro Carbon - TLS White Spirit This auction is held under the Auctions Rules issued vide Chapter V of SRO 450(1)/2001 dated 18.06.2001. The auction will be conducted on an "As is where is" basis, meaning bidders must inspect the goods themselves before bidding. Successful bidders are required to deposit 25% of the bid amount immediately on the spot, with the remaining 75% payable within 7 days after the display of the approved lots list on the Notice Board. Only NTN holders are eligible to participate and must deposit 10% of the bid amount as Advance Income Tax separately. The auctioned lots cannot be cancelled on the basis of condition or quality. Inspection of overstayed goods and left-over lots is allowed during office hours at the specified locations. The Collector reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning a reason. If the auction is not completed on the scheduled date, it may continue the next day until all lots are finalized. Participants must bring their original National Identity Card for verification.
