Auction of Cycle/Motor Cycle Stand Fee and Gates Entry Fee at Karachi Fisheries Harbour Authority

The Karachi Fisheries Harbour Authority (KFHA) Karachi invites bids through an open auction for the award of contracts for a period of 11 months starting from 1st August 2026 to 30th June 2027. The contracts include the Cycle/Motor Cycle Stand Fee and Gates Entry Fee at Karachi Fisheries Harbour. Items being procured: - Cycle/Motor Cycle Stand Fee - Gates Entry Fee The auction dates are scheduled on 29th July 2026, 31st July 2026, and 3rd August 2026 with specific auction times for each contract. The reserved prices are PKR 15,308,333 for the Cycle/Motor Cycle Stand Fee and PKR 108,579,167 for the Gates Entry Fee. A bid security of 10% of the reserved price is required. Applicants must obtain the application form and terms & conditions from the Accounts Officer KFHA office by paying a non-refundable fee of PKR 300. The auction will be held at the Head Office, KFHA, West Wharf Road, Karachi. Bidders must submit a duly filled application form along with required documents including a bid security in the form of Pay Order/Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque, CNIC copy, evidence of minimum three years experience in the relevant field, affidavit on Rs.100/- stamp paper, company documents if applicable, income tax returns, and bank statements for the last three years. Eligibility requires experience, valid CNIC, and no litigation with KFHA. Defaulters are not eligible. All taxes including income tax, Sindh Board of Revenue tax, sales tax, duties, levies, and charges must be borne by the successful bidder. The submission deadline is at least one hour prior to the scheduled auction time on the respective auction date. The KFHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
