AUCTION: Sale of Dry Standing Trees at Various Health Facilities Shaheed Benazirabad

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. District Health Office Shaheed Benazirabad is conducting an open auction for the sale of dry standing trees located at various health facilities within the district. Interested parties are invited to participate in the auction, which will be held at the office of the District Health Officer, Shaheed Benazirabad. The auction is open to the general public and all eligible bidders. Items being auctioned: - Dry standing trees at Rural Health Center Jamali - Dry standing trees at Government Dispensary Muhammad Jamali - Dry standing trees at Government Dispensary Doro Naro - Dry standing trees at Government Dispensary Saman Sarkar The trees are being sold as-is, and prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect the lots prior to the auction date. The auction will take place on 16 September 2026 at 2:00 PM at the District Health Office, Shaheed Benazirabad. Bidders must bring their original CNIC for registration and submit a pay order or CDR equivalent to 25 percent of the bid amount as earnest money. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 75 percent of the total bid amount within the stipulated time frame. All government taxes and duties will be applicable as per rules. Only those who fulfill the eligibility criteria and terms and conditions mentioned in the notice will be allowed to participate. It is advisable for bidders to visit the sites in advance to assess the quantity and quality of the trees. For a smooth auction process, ensure all required documents and earnest money are prepared before arrival. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
