AUCTION: Public Auction of EME Sector Administration Vehicles Rawalpindi

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. A public auction is being organized by the Procurement and Logistic Directorate for the disposal of various vehicles belonging to the EME Sector Administration in Rawalpindi. The auction will be held on 22 and 23 September 2026 at the EME Sector, with vehicle inspection available on 21 September 2026 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this transparent process for acquiring used government vehicles. The auction is open to the general public, and all interested bidders must bring their original CNIC for registration. A refundable earnest money deposit of 25 percent of the bid amount is required at the time of the auction, with the remaining balance to be paid within the stipulated period. Successful bidders must pay all applicable taxes and transfer fees. Vehicles can be inspected prior to the auction date, and no claims regarding condition will be entertained after the sale. The auction will be conducted in accordance with government rules, and the department reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
