Market Committee Dunyapur invites interested parties to participate in the open auction for the rights to collect fees at the General Bus Stand, Business Market, and Fish Market located in Dunyapur for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be conducted at the office of the Market Committee Dunyapur. Items being auctioned: - Fee collection rights for General Bus Stand, Business Market, and Fish Market Dunyapur (Reserve Price: Rs. 1,800,000, 10 percent Earnest Money: Rs. 180,000, Auction Participation Fee: Rs. 30,000, Auction Date: 28-08-2026 at 11:00 AM) The successful bidder will be granted the right to collect the specified market fees for the entire financial year. The auction will be held on 28 August 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Market Committee office. Interested parties must deposit 10 percent of the reserve price (Rs. 180,000) as Earnest Money in the form of a CDR or Pay Order, along with a non-refundable participation fee of Rs. 30,000. Only those who submit these amounts before the auction will be eligible to participate. The auction is open to all eligible individuals and firms. The highest bid above the reserve price will be considered, subject to approval by the competent authority. The successful bidder must fulfill all legal and financial obligations as per the terms and conditions set by the Market Committee. In case of any dispute, the decision of the committee will be final.
