AUCTION: Lease Rights for Wah Cantt General Hospital Parking Stand and Motorcycle Stand

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Cantonment Board Wah is inviting bids for the lease rights to operate the parking stand and motorcycle stand at the General Hospital Wah Cantt for a period of 25 months, starting from 01-11-2026 to 30-06-2029. The auction will be held at the office of the Cantonment Board Wah on 27-10-2026 at 11:00 AM, with a backup date of 28-10-2026 if required. The successful bidder will be granted the right to collect parking fees from the designated stands as per the terms and conditions outlined in the notice. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for General Hospital Wah Cantt Car Parking Stand (Reserve price: Rs. 100 per vehicle) - Lease rights for General Hospital Wah Cantt Motorcycle Stand (Reserve price: Rs. 250 per motorcycle) The annual minimum lease value is set at Rs. 200 per parking token. The successful bidder must deposit 55% of the bid amount as security. The starting bid for the auction is set at Rs. 2,000,000 (Twenty Lakh Rupees). Interested parties must submit earnest money in the form of a pay order or CDR equivalent to 1/4th of the reserve price, which will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders. The successful bidder must sign the agreement within five days of the auction and deposit the required security and advance payment. The lease period is 36 months, and the lessee is responsible for all taxes and compliance with the rules of the Cantonment Board Wah. The auction terms include strict adherence to the fee schedule, regular payment of dues, and maintenance of cleanliness and order at the parking stands. Bidders are advised to bring all necessary documents, including CNIC and proof of financial capability. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
