Items being auctioned/leased: - Lease rights for Federal Lodge, Garden Road, Karachi (total covered area: 8,373 sq. ft.; plot area: 11,038 sq. yds.; 20 rooms; minimum reserve rent: Rs. 1,000,000 per month) The property comprises a substantial building with a total covered area of 8,373 square feet, situated on a plot measuring 11,038 square yards. The lodge includes 20 rooms and associated facilities suitable for guest accommodation and related services. The minimum reserve rent is set at Rs. 1,000,000 per month, and the successful bidder will be required to deposit earnest money of Rs. 240,000 (2% of the annual reserve rent) in the form of a pay order or CDR. The lease will be awarded to the highest evaluated bidder meeting all eligibility and technical criteria. Eligible bidders must be Pakistani nationals or registered firms with relevant experience in hospitality or property management. Bidders must submit all required documents, including proof of experience, financial standing, and tax compliance. The last date for bid submission is 27 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with the auction opening at 11:30 AM the same day.
